This is a terrific opportunity to join our growing, progressive oral surgery and dental implant practice near downtown Santa Rosa. One of our Treatment Coordinators is going on an extended leave. We have available an immediate, full time position that will evolve into a long term permanent position for the right person. Our Treatment Coordinators consult with patients that will return for oral surgery and dental implant procedures. You will research insurance benefits, present treatment and discuss financials with our patients. It is required that you have excellent customer service skills, a fine attention to detail and either dental or medical experience. You are responsible for follow up with patients regarding incomplete treatment, any outstanding account receivable balances or insurance submissions. Knowledge of Oral Surgery protocol and procedures is valuable. More importantly we are willing to train the right person that presents with a positive attitude, team spirit and superior work ethic.
