TITLE: MARKETING MANAGER

DEPARTMENT: CLINICAL OPERATIONS/PHYSICIAN SERVICES

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Develops and maintains effective client relationships; meets regularly with key clients and imaging center referral bases; plans, promotes, and attends community organization and good will events.

Maintains customer database, generates internal database information, such as lists and counts for direct marketing projects and approves the use of internal and external mailing lists.

Acts as liaison with referring physician offices to ensure efficient implementation and execution of imaging services requiring the ability to effectively communicate and work closely with staff and clients.

Makes regular and scheduled marketing and service calls to referring physician offices.

Assists in the preparation and distribution of MIA, ACT, Neuroscan, JMMRI and CCIC informational materials and newsletters to physicians, patients and appropriate organizations.

Conducts annual physician satisfaction survey.

Inputs data from patient and physician satisfaction surveys including follow-up calls to participants as directed, requiring the ability to effectively communicate.

Provides monthly and quarterly reports, analysis, and status reports on referrals.

Monitors and reports changes in the referring physician business environment including changes in referrals, changes in partnership and new physician practices.

Maintains awareness of competition’s marketing strategies, materials and approaches. Advises Senior Management on potential impacts to Bay Imaging Consultants.

Develops and executes marketing programs to achieve stated objectives regarding revenue, profitability, and market share. Analyzes marketing programs and adjusts strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness.

Plans and oversees execution of promotional activities including print, electronic media, trade show, direct mail, displays, signage and presentations; manages development, production and distribution of promotional and collateral materials to support marketing programs.

Reports to Senior Management on a weekly basis.

Tracks and maintains inventory of promotional materials.

Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors. Superior communication skills in both written and verbal formats. Excellent interpersonal skills.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must have own transportation with a valid California driver’s license and clean driving record. Position requires regular travel to key clients, imaging center referral bases, and referring physician offices.
