The Clackamas County Public Health Division is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to provide medication management services to clients and their families, develop and implement treatment plans, and respond to crisis and emergency situations.
This position requires:
~Licensure as a Registered Nurse by the State of Oregon
~Licensure as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive privileges in the State of Oregon
~ DEA registration certification with schedule 2 and schedule 3 privileges within 3 weeks of a conditional offer
~ A current drivers license in the State of Oregon
This position requires successfully passing a post-offer criminal history check, including fingerprinting, as mandated by Oregon Revised Statutes.
