Salary Starting @ 75$ / Hour
Competitve salary offered for NP/PA with exisiting pain management experience.
Must have current DEA / DPS numbers.

Hours of Operation M-F 0700-1530. (FULL-TIME HOURS) (40 hours / gauranteed)
Services provided:
Nutritional screening / counseling
Diabetes screening
Managing, teaching and counseling patients that experience chronic or intractable pain
Weight management
