A well established San Francisco interdisciplinary pain clinic is seeking a nurse practitioner to see patients three days per week in our office. We have a team of professionals who have input into the treatment plan of our patients and we need another professional to join our team.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
Assisting with H and Ps
Tending to follow up post op care
Seeing stable follow-up patients
Prescribing medication per protocol or treatment plan of patient
Attending interdisciplinary team
Qualifications:
A background in internal medicine or orthopedics is helpful
Must have CA NP license
Must have DEA certificate
