The nurse practitioner’s responsibilities involve the oversight of our comprehensive continence care plans for the elderly patient. Successful candidates are experienced in the conduct of physical exams, able to provide independent diagnostic opinion, and self motivated. The nurse practitioners must be results oriented with regard to geriatric incontinent patients. The compensation plan is higher than average plus bonus incentives.
