Mission East Dallas is seeking qualified candidates for the position of full-time Nurse Practitioner in its faith-based health clinic. The appointee will actually be an employee of the clinic and will report directly to the health clinic Medical Director and Executive Director. The Practitioner will be responsible for providing diagnostic and therapeutic medical care including, but not limited to: evaluating case histories, conducting physical exams, ordering laboratory tests, assessing conditions, implementing wellness activities, and selecting and providing appropriate treatment plans. The Practitioner will work closely with the physician, clinic coordinator and staff. Daytime hours (no nights or weekends).

The Nurse Practitioner must have graduated from a professional school of nursing approved by the official accreditation body for the state, and have a current registration as a professional nurse in the State of Texas. (Acceptable programs include Bachelor’s of Science or higher degree in nursing, associate degree in nursing, or completion of a recognized diploma program.)
