An established Family Medicine outpatient practice in the Denver Tech Center area has a position open for a PART TIME medical assistant. Position would be initially 16-20 hours per week and eventually become a full time position. The person hired for this position will be working primarily with one doctor in our clinic.
This position will be primarily clinical including:
-patient triage
-phlebotomy / injections preparation of lab samples
-ECG
-Other usual primary care medical assistant clinical tasks
Some receptionist responsibilities will be required.
Candidates for this position:
-must be able to work in a fast paced environment
-must be willing to work with adult and pediatric patients
-must have phlebotomy skills
-must be comfortable giving injections and multiple immunizations
-must be comfortable working with a computer
Prior experience is preferred but would be willing to look at exceptional new graduates.
