Swedish Physician Division’s Pediatric Specialty Care Clinic in Seattle, seeks an experienced MA to join our team. This position supports the busy GI practice within the Pediatric Specialty Care Clinic.
Duties include: Rx refills, rooming patients, taking vitals, chart prep prior to visit, assist with scheduling, perform lactose breath test, track and schedule Remicade infusions, triage patients with assistance from Nurse, some patient education, and other duties as assigned by the physician.
Requires: 2 years MA experience, Pediatric and/or GI experience strongly preferred; good computer skills, with a familiarity with EMR (electronic medical records- we use EPIC); strong organizational skills and; certified or able to be certified at levels A, C, and E. (WA Health Care Assistants must be at least certified at A, C, E levels in order to perform job duties listed), and CPR certification.
