Very attractive newly created Director level position focused in project management of translational medicine for a high profile Oncology program at a successful Global Pharmaceutical company. This position reports into the head of the group (Global Head of Oncology Translational Medicine). While you will work within the Translational Medicine Oncology group, you will be responsible for project management components across multiple functional areas. Our client is a world-renown Pharmaceutical Company and is consistently rated as one of the most admired companies in the industry.

High Visibility: Report directly to and work alongside the Head of all Oncology Translational Medicine.
Responsibilities, Challenges, Expectations and Deliverables for this position:
In a nutshell, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational function of Oncology Translational Medicine.
Lead global strategic plan development for Oncology Translational Medicine.
Create and implement processes to improve operating efficiencies and productivity.
Globally lead communications cross-functionally at all relative meetings.
Collaborate across Business Development and Licensing.
Track and monitor timelines and key milestones within the group.
Work with project teams and finance director to coordinate budget reporting and planning, head count tracking and org chart updates.
Experiences, Skills, Accomplishments and Qualities Desired:
10+ years of experience focused in project management of compounds. Experience within Translational Medicine and/or Oncology are greatly preferred.
PhD required
