KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Professional level experience in a sales or service environment, preferably offering elective products or services.

Proven track record in meeting performance objectives.

Possesses exemplary communication skills and professional presence.

Effectively listens to patients expectations.
Ability to match the offerings of Lifestyle Lift with the desires of Clients.
Ability to quickly establish rapport with Clients in a way that allows for a comfortable consultation.

Ability to discern when to make decisions in a real-time environment vs. when to seek approval.

Works well under pressure and does not waiver in working as a team.

Comfortable asking for help when needed.

Exercises sound decision making.

Shows/practices a commitment to ethical conduct.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

~Engages in personal consultations with clients, sharing what Lifestyle Lift can offer, patient testimonials, and information to address the Client’s desires, concerns or objections.
~Upholds and presents a polished, professional image at all times, to include, attire, verbal communications, patient confidentiality, and job performance.

~Develops each and every lead from initial consultation to post-consultation follow through.

~Arranges for the Patient to meet the medical staff and schedules procedure appointments within the guidelines set forth by the office staff.

~Consistently assesses openings within the Schedule to be able to service Clients and optimize the Doctors’ schedules.

~Performs administrative tasks such as completing origination paperwork for Patients, processing of payments, and internal workflows.
~Constantly assess patient flow, wait times, and schedules. Takes action to resolve delays and maximize patient comfort.
