Call Center Appointment and Surgery Scheduler
Busy GI call center seeking a full-time phone agent to answer all incoming calls. Previous surgery/procedure and appointment scheduling experience preferred. Medical assistant experience would be helpful. The ideal candidates will posses the ability to work in a high-volume, multi-tasking environment without compromising accurate patient data. In addition, the candidate will be expected to demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, customer service skills, and advanced computer skills.
Position is a full-time, benefited position including health insurance, PTO accrual, paid holidays, and 401(k) after one year.
